Questions
Whose birth year is needed?
At least the head of household's; ideally everyone living in the home, since each person has their own birth-year mountain.
Does a clash mean the house must be rebuilt?
Not necessarily. It depends on the item and position; often moving one object is enough. Look at the specific finding on the plan before deciding.
