We collect only what your task needs, keep it carefully and leave you in full control of deleting it.
What we collect, and why
Every kind of data is tied to a specific task. No task, no collection.

What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use your project data for advertising.
- We do not store voice audio from Live conversations — only the text.
- We never receive your card number — the app store handles payment.
- We never put the real coordinates of anyone's home into the website's illustrations.
How we protect it
Encryption
Every connection between the app, this website and our servers is encrypted; stored data is encrypted too.
Server-side permission checks
Each feature runs only after the server confirms the right account and the right permission — never trusting the app alone.
A static website
This website has no database and no public admin page; content changes only through a review process.
Biometric sign-in
When you turn it on, face or fingerprint recognition is handled by your own phone.
Your rights
Under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15 (in force from 1 January 2026), Decree 356/2025/ND-CP and — for users in the European Union — the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

On this website
- No advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.
- Your choices (such as hiding the app bar) are stored only in your browser.
- If we ever measure visits, visitors in the European Union will be asked for consent first.
- The contact form is used only to reply to you; the website does not store messages.
If something goes wrong
If an incident affects personal data, we contain it at once, fix it, and notify the authorities and the people affected within the time required by law.
