1. Digital Delivery Method
Home Check provides digital services, including AI-powered home analysis, Feng Shui interpretations, and digital tokens.
Upon successful payment, services and tokens are delivered directly to your account within the app.
There is no physical shipping for these digital products.
2. Delivery Time
Tokens and digital service access are typically delivered immediately after a successful transaction.
In case of technical delays or banking verification, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
Users will receive an in-app notification or can check their 'Order History' in the Customer Portal for status updates.
3. Service Activation
Once tokens are credited or a service is activated, you can immediately begin using the corresponding AI features.
Ensure you are logged into the correct account used during the purchase to access your delivered items.
4. Technical Issues
If you do not see your purchased items within 24 hours, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your transaction ID.
We will investigate and manually activate your services if a technical error occurred during the automated delivery process.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital goods, once a service is delivered and activated, it is generally non-refundable.
